ARTIST BIO:
N'TIRZAH admiringly known as a Vocalist, Poet, Composer, Dancer was born into a family of artists. Her father, Paul, is an active and accomplished vocalist and her mother, Adisa, is a classical pianist. Music became an important part of her life from the age of five when N' Tirzah began studying classical piano and musical theory. Her classical training led to her acceptance and subsequent graduation from The High School of Music and Art(now known as the Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts) as a vocalist where she furthered her education in vocalization, musical theory and composition. Her love for writing, specifically poetry, has led her to combine these arts, including a new love, dance, into one breath. She has performed and composed original music for churches and ensembles, been a featured vocalist at various Tri-State events, and has lent her skills as a background vocalist to established Independent Soul Artists in the New York City area. N’Tirzah also dances with Nubian Moon Daughters Dance Company-for whom she has composed original works.

N'TIRZAH is currently working on her debut CD entitled “Expressions of Love”- a collection of Music and Poetry, along with its companion book of poetry by the same name-currently slated for release in the Winter of 2010.
