Tis the season! Oh how I love the holiday of celebrating pancakes.
February is not over! Run, dash and demolish a stack of pancake specials at your local restaurant. I indulged my pancake obsession at the Clinton St Baking Company (East Village eatery-highly recommended!).
Sidenote: The pic is a nice stack of banana pancakes - Bavarian cream, toasted coconut and warm maple butter.
