We had a great time with the awesome crew @ Sistah Talk, a local television show that focuses on beauty, empowerment and other women's issues in a fun-spirited way!
The Synch ladies were in the house to support our extended family, Sistah Soul Stars Bellydance Fitness. Special shout out to Quinton Bailey at Fluff n'Stuff for the yummy "spiked" cupcakes, Soul Purpose (show sponsor - Z Starman) and Anu Prestonia of Khamit Kinks.

Currently Sistah Talk airs every Saturday in Manhattan but will soon expand their broadcast to the outer boroughs (soon, we hope)!
