TANTRA is a profound spoken word artist who is well known for her charismatic standing-room only performances in Toronto, London and Germany as well as blowing away audiences in the Tri-State area with her soul stirring style of poetry at such venues as: The Sugar Bar; Brooklyn Museum's First Saturday Project; Def Poetry Plugged In; Brooklyn Academy of Music; BRIC Studios; Bryant Park; Union Square Park (Summer in the Square); The Schomberg Library with Ruby Dee and Avery Brooks in attendance; Urban Erotika; The Guild Theater; RUSH Arts Gallery; The Cutting Room; The Nuyorican Poets Café; Symphony Space (Riant Theatre’s Strawberry One-Act Festival); just to name a few!!
